Getting to meet folks like you is one of the many reasons we love coming to work every day.
I needed a new mattress and my dining room hutch moved in to my house and a freezer moved. They showed me every mattress and explained everything even how, who and where it’s made. They also took care of putting my bed together for me and moved the other items! Now this was way above the call of duty! I especially like the personality of everyone at the store! Highly recommend!

Vaughns is the place to go if you want affordable products and QUALITY Customer Service. I recently ordered an AC unit from Amazon and UPS for my uncle and the product arrived damaged, twice. I decided to just shop local. I'M GLAD I DID! Troy, the customer representative who helped me, was such a true professional and in less than 10 minutes we had the new unit ordered and Troy was kind enough to schedule same day delivery. This really helped my disabled uncle a lot and we thank you for your attentive, kind and detailed customer service. If you want customer service that delivers, go to Vaughns.

This establishment started out on West State as Vaughn's TV & Appliance, then transferred to the Auburn Street location where it's mostly furniture and mattresses. They have a good variety for being a small local store and if you live locally they have free delivery.

The first time I shop there I was 19 years old they were located on West State Street I have bought my dad the latest floor model color TV it was called Curtis Mathes in I still shop there now I did enjoy talking to the owner and his staff a great place to shop it is my go to
