this a flawed product. i went outside my comfort zone and bought a non-bosch dishwasher. it worked just long enough to get outside of the warranty period. the waterwall vane motor failed, which is a very common occurrence. the samsung certified tech managed to break the unit beyond repair while trying to replace the motor. i have been waiting 6 months to get a resolution to a now unusable unit.

3.5 years into service in a 2 person household (2-3 loads per week), the "wall of water" motor is dead. also it thinks there is a leak, although there is none. repair costs, over $500. no thanks, i'll buy another brand not samsung and have it replaced. absolute garbage. looks nice, is nice and quiet, but didn't last even in light use. one by one, the rest of the appliances will be replaced too, i won't make that mistake again.

dishwasher is fine when it works, quiet and does an acceptable cleaning job
after owning for 2 years the motor that drives the water wall failed, so we lost 2 weeks of use, but that was repaired and has been working since.
at the 3 year ownership mark we began getting an lc error saying there is a leak, the dishwasher was unusable for ~6 weeks through 4 service calls by the recommended service company and the problem has not been solved. currently we continue to use, about once a week when the lc alarm goes off we have to unplug and wait until it dries, then get about another week's use out of it. this is absurdly low quality, i have never been this dissatisfied with an appliance purchase before.

purchased this dishwasher in august 2018.
installed (unboxed) in new home december 2018.
lost power/quit working in november 2019.
i went to turn it on for a cycle and it had absolutely no power.
a samsung tech came out to look at it, and couldn't find anything wrong. he was going to order a new motherboard to see if that was the issue, however the part was and still is on back order. for some reason the warranty ran out in april 2019. i would not recommend this machine. instead of paying hundreds more to diagnose and fix it, i just bought a new machine.

don't put anything tall in the corners of this dishwasher because they won't be cleaned. it's a decent looking dishwasher and i had high hopes butnit doesn't do a good job at what it's supposed to do.

I bought this dishwasher a couple months ago. I love that the top rack can be moved up higher when I have larger items that need to go on the bottom. I'm able to get a ton in this dishwasher and everything comes out clean. I also love how It makes almost no noise.

Leaks and smells bad. Tech came out 3 times and can't fix. Each time Tech had to call Samsung Support to get extra support. Finally Samsung gave up and said they will only refund and not exchange. It's been since November 2018, now it's 1/29 with no refund. Samsung doesn't have their stuff together at all. Have to give my order number and explain my issue EVERY single time I call. Now they want me to pull out dishwasher and take pic of serial number. Well guess what, no sticker to be found so they cancelled my return. This is HORRIBLE!

I bought this dishwasher and was promised it had a very low rate of breaking. I have two young kids and did not want another unreliable dishwasher. After six months this dishwasher wouldn't start. Thankfully it was under warranty and Samsung came out to fix it. Six months later, same issue. Just within warranty again. Now it's two months after my warranty expired and the thing is again broken. Three break downs in less than two years is unacceptable.

Before installing it, I did a pre-wash to ensure there weren't any leaks. A family member said, "Is it on?". The quality of this product is amazing. The best feature is that the door opens automatically after the cycle is completed to assist with the drying time. Love it!

I am very impressed with how quiet this dishwasher is, I have used many different dishwashers by many different manufacturers and the Samsung Waterwall is by far the quietest yet, being whisper quiet.
Performance - I am also very happy with the performance of this dishwasher. I have placed a mixture of pots & pans along with other dishes including flatware in this guy and they all came out spotless & clean. Amazingly, I did not even prewash them. Now that was very impressive to my wife and myself. My previous dishwasher, prewashing was always a must.
Appearance – it has a very modern style and is flush with countertop for a clean, and well-defined look. All the buttons are hidden away on top of the door and out of sight.
Functionality - The dish racks are adjustable to accommodate a variety of items of different sizes, I love how the top rack can be raised, lowered or even completely removed if needed for more room from top to bottom. It has 6 washing modes which I think is more than enough for my needs.
Cons – I only have one con, the top dish rack wiggles around a bit, I think it's because it can be completely removed. However, the feels odds when it wiggles. Recommendation – I am happy with the Samsung Waterwall Dishwasher and would recommend it to anyone. It looks great and works even better.

We bought an entire Samsung Kitchen and the dishwasher was outstanding. We love how you can barely hear it even when you're standing right next to it. We've had it a year and still havent used every setting.

Since the second cycle this dishwasher has had the worse Oder. When I spend hours/days of research and than finally getting Samsung advice to leave the door open...I am so sad I spent this much and am stuck with my kitchen smelling like garbage daily. Washes great. Smells horrible.

I really wanted to give it some time before writing my review. I wanted to make sure that I was as honest as possible and able to give good feedback. I have had this Samsung Waterwall dishwasher now for a few weeks. I am loving it!! It is a very beautiful dishwasher that adds a nice elegance to my kitchen. I love the stainless steel look. (I am still learning how to clean it though) The cleaning can be quite tedious so that it looks pristine, but once cleaned it is beautiful! I love the blue light that shows on the handle so that I know that the dishwasher is currently in use. It turns off when finished with the washing of dishes. The control panel is located on top of the dishwasher which is really nice. I don't have to look at the buttons on the front which adds to the beauty. Each button works and responds well to my commands. I love how it has a countdown clock to let me know how much longer the dishwasher is going to run. The dishwasher has an auto open feature which I am sure is very nice. (I have been unable to utilize that feature because the till comes down on my countertop a little too low which does not allow the door to easily open. I just need to file down the tile and it should work good.) The inside of the dishwasher is very pretty too. It does a fantastic job cleaning my dishes. I am very impressed at how they come out. The glasses are clean without any film residue on them. It dries my dishes well too. I did find that I have to use the sanitize button to ensure that they are thoroughly dry. (my water does not always run very hot) WIth the adjustable shelves, it really helps so that I can get larger dishes in there. Its very easy to adjust with a couple of handles. The drawers slide easily in and out. I think the only complaint I would have with this is that sometimes, the bottom drawer will get off track and I have to readjust it. I feel like there should be deeper grooves to hold the wheels on the track. This is something that I can live with though since I love how the dishwasher performs. It is very quiet. I almost can't hear it so I find myself relying on the blue light on the outside of the dishwasher to tell me if it's running. Overall, this is a very nice dishwasher that runs efficiently, cleans well and dries my dishes very well. It is a very easy dishwasher to learn how to use and my whole family loves it. It's really nice and I would recommend this Samsung Waterwall dishwasher to anyone needing a new one.

Here I am again with my replacement dishwasher same issue as first one! Waterfall design apparently is a huge mistake. It began by stopping on the 41 or sometimes the 50 would have to restart and lay towel down to catch leaks. Today I restart at 50 error code lc and won't power down until the breaker is turned off. Having dealt with Samsung last time around I do not look forward to repeating. It was aproximately this time last year I dealt with the last worthless dishwasher from Samsung. I did however buy all warranties offered this time around! L

Bought this as part of a set from Costco. Worked great the first few times. Then it started doing the same thing others have complained about. Unit randomly stops part way through a cycle, after it has been running for an hour or more. Press start to continue and it just sits there without counting down the time remaining. Usually end up turning it off and running the full cycle again. Very frustrated with this product.

My wife and myself bought this as a part of a full samsung kitchen set, for our new house. all i can say is we love it, there is not one regret at all. we chose the samsung set based off our current experience with our washer and dryer along with our phones UPgrade from previous apple. we love our samsung devices and will never buy anything else... Purchased this as part of a complete kitchen appliance suite. Has not operated correctly since the second wash. Repeatedly stops wash cycle with no error code just a flashing time left display. Three months old and has now quit completely. Waiting to hear back from Samsung since there apparently isn't an authorized repair representative anywhere near me. Was told I would most likely have to remove the dishwasher and bring it back to the store where it was purchased for a replacement. So I guess we get to pay for removal and reinstallation as well as drive an hour each way with dishwasher in the back of our wagon? Electronic junk. Should have bought a $300 no feature apartment grade dishwasher, they run for years with no problems.

This was installed by a plumber in January, 2018 as part of a major kitchen remodel. Have lived in this house for 25 years and this is my third dishwasher. Whether is has dishes in it or not, whether it has just run or I am going to run it, condensation forms on the inside, unless I leave the door open. I watched the old one being taken out and this Samsung being put in. Samsung said it was the installers fault. No it wasn't. Then they said that yes, I have to leave the door open or else condensation will form on the inside. So, this has under the counter hidden controls but I have to leave the door open to keep it dry. And the door is either closed or open about six inches. Closed = condensation, open 6" = dry. This does not have a heated dry option and the other two (not Samsung) did and the other two did not have this problem. So, I think it is the lack of a heated dry option. But, do not know for sure. But, I would not buy this dishwasher or any other dishwasher that does not have a heated dry option. And, I would not buy Samsung again. About seven weeks old, about 5 or 6 cycles and Samsung could care less.

This dishwasher was a replacement for an expensive model (different manufacturer) that did not clean my dishes on a consistent basis.
The most impressive feature of this dishwasher is the sound - you cannot hear it running. This dishwasher allows you to run it while eating dinner or watching TV without having to speak louder or turn up the volume. This feature alone makes this dishwasher worth owning.
As quiet as it is, it cleans the dishes even better. All dishes and silverware are clean without the need of pre-rinsing anything. Even hard to clean food like peanut butter on a knife is no problem.
I am 100% satisfied with this purchase
