I bought my washer and dryer combo in March of 2016. I wasnt sure what to expect because LG was not one of the brands I grew up with. I have washed everythin g from socks to comforters and to my surprise no problems. The only issue I have had to deal with and it only happened once in 7 years is a unbalanced load. I moved into a new condo and turned the washer before I checked whether or not the floor was level. The floor was but at my old place it wasnt. Once I leveled the machine no issues since.

I have been using this washing machine for about 3 weeks. It works great. The clothes come clean and it has many different settings. I had to try different wash settings to find what works best for each load....I do a lot of laundry One problem I have with the machine is that the clothes come out all wrinkled in normal spin cycles. If you change the spin cycle to medium the clothes come out too wet. I only gave it 4 stars because the drum is so deep and I am only 52 and I cant reach the clothes at the bottom of the drum. I have to use a stool to be abe to get to the bottom. I recommend this washer but if you are short and dont want to stand on a stool every time you do a load this would be a deal breaker.

We bought this unit over a month ago and it was everything we hoped for when replacing our 20-year-old unit. The top loading feature is much more convenient than the frontloading and the high-efficiency low-profile agitator does a wonderful job of getting close clean. My wife is very glad to have all of the options available to customize the wash for the load that is in the machine.

Bought in 2018. It has worked well up until a few months ago when it started leaking water from below. Ill have to pull it out from the laundry room and search for the leak. We only use one mode though it has dozens of possibilities why do the developers think we need so many modes? One mode it doesnt have that we need is a long soak mode 30 minutes is the maximum. For a few hour soak in OxyClean we have to use laundry tubs

Was upset very soon as the water level was ridiculous had to turn cold water off to get hot water for my whites sheets towels under warranty I had a technician come he was useless final straw was when the lid cracked I was offered $343 from choice warranty Notified LG was told too far out of warranty would not recommend to anyone.

The washing washing worked really well until brown stuff appeared after we returned from vacation which we think was hardened soap scum. Since it was not under warranty anymore we had to get a new washing machine as no one could repair the machine. This time we got a front loading machine.

The impeller creates masses of wrinkles in my shirts. I dont dry them in dryer so the wrinkles dont come out. Never happened with my old machine that has agitator. This machine drum is massive. Easily wash larger comforters and bedding. Almost too big for my use. Very smart electronically.

Takes some getting used to but is worth it. Does a great job of cleaning. The first washer I have ever had that the soap and softener dispensers do not get gummy buildup. Instantly loved having the impeller instead of an agitator.

I bought this machine a little over three years ago and overall its a great. Cleans well and is very deep so you can wash a bedspread in it. Im 53 and I have to get on my top toes to reach the bottom but not an issue. My only complaint is that when you wash dark clothes most times depending on the fabric they come out with residue on them. I have checked everything and only thing I see is to use less detergent but I dont use that much. Its Costco he detergent and havent tried anything different but putting in the dryer for a couple minutes seems to help i hang out a lot of things. I would definitely get machine again.
