I have used this washer dryer pair for about three weeks now no issues. I am surprised that the dryer runs cool about halfway through the dry cycle when clothes are still wet but have been told this is normal and part of the energy saving feature. Hum... that doesnt make sense to me so I have switched off energy save and started using the timed dry feature and this gets my clothes dryer faster without over drying.

Absolutely terrible experience with LG. My husband and I ordered this item over a month ago and it went missing. We have been trying to get a hold of anyone competent enough to help us figure out we keep calling the customer service almost every day I have sent numerous emails chats and phone calls with no answer. The customer service workers keep telling us someone will call back I genuinely believe that LG does not care about their customers they are not taking any responsibility for the fact the item they took our money for has not been delivered. I am probably a couple of days away from contacting a lawyer as there has been just no progress on the missing item and my husband and I are both just about to fed up with this company. I feel like I got scammed and spent a lot of money on an item I have not received.

Incomplete owners manual

I like the machine basics but Ive been waiting a month to receive the complete user manual which is NOT included with purchase you only get a manual for installation and very basic operating information. The manual you get with purchase direst you to a website for the complete manual but it is very very difficult to print. So I called LG for a printed complete manual but Im still waiting although I keep calling every Monday. Customer service needs big improvement Otherwise include the complete manual with purchase

MIA washer and dryer

Neither the washer or dryer i ordered ever showed up to my house. 2k spent no contact from either LG or the delivery people. When talking to customer support we got told that there was nothing they could do/ also couldnt contact the delivery people. Our order also miraculously never existed in the first place. I will never buy another LG product again. Id take stars away if I could. Embarrassing LG

Happy but sad

Ive always owned multiple LG appliances which have worked well lasted quite a long time and made me and my family very happy. I recently upgraded my front load washer dryer after having LG brand that lasted almost 20 years but have been very disappointed this time. Ive had nothing but daily issues with each appliance since the first day I had them. All these bells and whistles arent worth the aggravation. We should just go back to good old basic dryer made from steel with agitators. Customer service was wonderful in trying to assist me. But bottom line I may rethink another LG appliance before next time I am ready to buy.

Sanitary Steam is a great feature

Bought the combo due to this dryer. So far has been working great. We dont use wifi with the dryer but some of the settings are great. Dont by direct from LG if someone else has a good deal. Delivery was delayed a few days no one bothered to call. Ordered the washer/dryer/stacking bracket all at the same time. When the installed came they said they were scheduled for a side by side install. They would not be able to install it stacked as I ordered but I could put in a service request.

Perfect Dry Quiet Love the App

We had our previous dryer for over a decade and the only reason we got a new on was because our washer broke and we wanted a matching set. I was skeptical at first because it was an amazing dryer but I have to say LG has not disappointed. It dries perfectly it is quiet and the push notifications that can be sent to my phone can ensure that I will never forget clothes in the dryer again.

Dryer works just fine

After about 1 month of usage the dryer is working perfect. I did have some issues trying to find a good hot air exhaust pipe to fit this due to it being close to the wall and offset from the exit connection. Ended up using my old periscope pipe due to it being smaller. The original one I purchased 0 to 18 had the overhang go out too far into the path of the washer sitting to the right of it. Also the periscope I did use interfered with the steam water line hook-up so I did not connect. Only really use the dryer for drying bedding and towels. We hang our clothes on an inside line to dry due to the AC and dehumidifier doing the bulk of the drying. But its working great.

While the movers were friendly they did tell me that stacking the washer and dryer is not included but they would do it and so I tipped them well. The machine came dented and they left garbage in the street. The products work as expected with no problems.

Unit performs well. Our only disappointment is the length of time for a drying cycle. Had the dryer vents professionally cleaned and still requires about an hour for a normal load. One nice feature is the error code informing us the dryer vents needed cleaning. We like the steam cycle option though you shouldnt expect this to remove all wrinkles Dont see much value in the wi-fi option. Overall very pleased with purchase

I love the features of this dryer like the WiFi and steam setting. It is a real life saver when you leave the laundry too long and it gets wrinkles. You can easily turn that setting on and 10 minutes later its like nothing happened.

Purchased 11 mo. ago. Experienced a problem. Dryer would not stop running after cycle completed. Waiting on repair for about a week now. Process has not been that smooth. Discovered that sometimes it will work okay other times not. Have to unplug it after every use. We are waiting on a new motherboard. Otherwise I like the dryer.

Nice but gives error

The only thing that I dont love about the dryer is that it does not go through an entire cycle without asking to remove the lint. It always gives the same error of D80. We cleaned out the pipe before we had it installed and even had the installers come back to check the connection. Sometimes there is the tiniest bit of lint. When i saw that other people had this issue I realized that the machine was sensitive.
