Vaughn's requires applicants to be at least 20 years of age, a current resident of the Rockford area, you must have 5 references, a valid drivers license or state ID, SS card, and the 2 most recent pay stubs. The following constitutes the official Layaway Policy of our company and will apply for a duration of six (6) months. Please read it carefully before entering into any layaway agreement with us.

• Initiation: We offer a six-month layaway plan for the convenience of our customers. To start a layaway plan, you are required to deposit a payment equivalent to one month's installment.
• Payment: It is mandated that the customer make a monthly payment towards the purchased goods or services in order to effectively maintain the layaway plan. You have the flexibility to pay off your balance early if you so choose at no extra charge.
• Special Order Items: For items that are not in stock and need to be specially ordered, a 50% deposit will be required. Layaway can only commence once half of the full price is paid.
• No Extra Fees: We do not charge any additional fee or interest for our layaway services.
• Default: If the customer fails to maintain the stipulated monthly payments or does not complete payment within the layaway period of six months, the company reserves the right to cancel the layaway plan.
